Baroq is an internal AI workspace for the Baroq team. Only people who have been approved by the team can use it. This page explains what it stores and why.
What we collect
- From your Google account: your name, email address, and Google account id, when you sign in. We don’t ask Google for anything else: no contacts, files, or mail.
- What you create in Baroq: your chats, and anything you choose to add to the team’s shared knowledge base.
- Team records: your role, and a log of who approved accounts or changed roles, and when.
How it’s used
- To sign you in and decide what you can access.
- To answer you: when you chat, your messages and the relevant context are sent through OpenRouter to the AI model you picked, which processes them to produce a reply.
- Your chats are private to you. They reach the shared knowledge base, or anyone else, only if you explicitly share them.
We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, or show ads.
Where it’s kept
Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) and the app runs on Render, both in Singapore. AI requests go through OpenRouter to the model provider you choose.
Cookies
Baroq uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.
